Got a new device, computer, software program or other piece of technology you need help with setting up and using, we’ll be happy to explain it all and guide you. We can setup your network, data storage, wifi and printers!

Worried about your files and want them archived? No problem. Accidentally deleted some vacation photos? Let’s see what we can save! Want to securely store data in the cloud or share with others? We can help! Full data recovery not guaranteed.

IN HOME SERVICE

We offer on-site, in-home or in-office services as well as off-site. Travel time to/from the site is included and rates are a per-hour basis. Additional service time can be occurred should the services needed require additional time. For most services, one to two hours is plenty to resolve minor issues. However some major issues, rebuilds and some upgrades can take longer, which we will discuss as needed. *Price includes one hour of on-site, in-home or off-site service. $50 per each additional hour.

LIGHTENING FAST

We take pride in being on-time, have flexible schedules and able to accommodate most any service request. We treat all our clients as well as their property with the utmost respect. We provide our own transportation and tools and can arrange to meet after working hours as needed, including Saturday and Sunday by appointment. Before any work is performed, we’ll discuss with you the issues, solutions and all costs so there are no surprises. Should additional time be required, we may suggest resolving the issue off-site at our offices and return the next day to you.

COMPETITIVE PRICING

Our service packages are nearly all-inclusive. All work to be performed is explained and a written bid is provided prior to performing services so there are no hidden costs or surprises. Should additional services, costs or parts be requested and/or required, we immediately notify our client. For upgrades and new systems, we charge a very minimum labor charge (typically a flat fee, not hourly) plus the cost of parts and shipping as needed

FAST, SECURE PAYMENTS WITH PAYPAL

For service calls, we can accept CASH (exact change only), CREDIT/DEBIT cards and PayPal transactions. Payment is due upon signing of service agreement prior to work being performed. Invoices and receipts are provided upon payment.
